These files have the extensions of .nef, .nrw, .arw, .srf, .srf2, .orf, .raw, .rw2, .raf, .ptx, .pef, .rwl, .dng among others. As long as you have updated Adobe Lightroom to the CC (creative cloud) version, you should be able to open any RAW photo file.
